Fire Shrimp (Lysmata debelius) is one of the most striking ornamental shrimps, with its deep red body and white spots. Peaceful and reef-safe, it makes an excellent addition to community aquariums. Growing up to about 6 cm, it prefers shady caves and overhangs but will venture out more once accustomed to the tank. Like other cleaner shrimps, it may set up a cleaning station for fish and helps keep the aquarium lively.
