The Neptune Systems Leak Detection Sensor LD-2 is a larger leak detection sensor that can be used with the FMM module. Plug this LD-2 sensor into your FMM and place it on any hard surface where you want to detect water. Upon contact with water, this sensor will communicate with your Apex and trigger an alarm or take other actions. Time is critical when it comes to water on the floor, which is why it is very common to place two LD-2 sensors inside the aquarium cabinet and two outside for optimal protection.

The LD-2 only works with the FMM and cannot be used with the ALD module.
