The Nyos® TORQ® is a new high-performance reactor system with a modular design for all types of filter media such as activated carbon, phosphate absorbers, zeolite, and biopellets.
The Nyos TORQ® consists of the DOCK docking station, which is essential for using the BODY. The DOCK is equipped with a pump that sets the filter media in motion, which will be placed in the BODY.
Modular: TORQ® Dock and Body can be combined according to needs
Stress-free: Media change in a few seconds
Adjustable: Precisely adjustable continuous flow
Two in one: Ability to separate the chambers of the TORQ® Body 1.0 and 2.0 to use 2 different media
Plug and Play: Ready to use once connected.
Technical Data
Dock dimensions: 162 x 162 x 110mm
Pump power: 1000 l/h
Power consumption: 230V/12W, 115V/10W
Silicone feet
The problem:
Filter media are often immobile in filter bags and are not properly fluidized. Therefore, they are replaced very often, although their efficiency is not exhausted.
The solution:
Filter media must be in constant motion and in optimal contact with water. To this end, Nyos® has developed its innovative TORQ® reactor system.
Advantages:
Modular: the Nyos® TORQ® is a new reactor system for all types of filter media.
The TORQ® Dock docking station is the base unit, equipped with an integrated pump and a universal connector, into which TORQ® bodies of all sizes can be used.
Stress-free: the Nyos® TORQ® is screw-free, pipe-free, and valve-free, and the filter media can be easily changed in a few seconds.
Simple adjustment: the flow rate can be progressively and precisely adjusted with one hand without touching the water, by turning the cover. This allows for adjusting the flow speed according to the type and quantity of the filter media used.
Efficient: The pump used in the TORQ® Dock docking station has a high flow rate of up to 1000 l/h, which allows for the optimal fluidization of the filter media used.
Two-in-one: One reactor, two media - In the TORQ® Bodies 1.0 and 2.0, two different filter media can be used simultaneously thanks to the ability to separate the chamber.
Plug and Play: The necessary pump is already installed in the TORQ® Dock. Simply place the Body with the filter media on the Dock and plug it in. That's it!
