Delivery terms

Korallifarmi Oy (business ID 3488370-2) sells products, aquarium fish and invertebrates to adult individuals, companies, associations and organizations in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Registration
As a registered customer, you can log in to our website and view your orders.

Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information provided in connection with the order is only used for the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities. When ordering from the online store, you agree to the delivery terms and conditions in force at that time and the product description of the product you have ordered.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This requires that you provide an email address when ordering.

Delivery
The shipping costs for your order are determined by the size of the order and the shipping method. We ship orders by registered mail, which can be tracked with a tracking number.

No live fish, corals or invertebrates will be shipped!
Live animals can be picked up from our store or ordered with Korallifarm's own transport to the Helsinki region.

Stock and delivery time
On the product page you can see the availability of each product:

  • "In stock" = The product can be shipped within 2 business days or picked up in store.
  • "Available to order" = The product will be ordered in the next wholesale batch, with a delivery time usually of 1–2 weeks.

In-stock products will be delivered in the order they are ordered while supplies last. If the product is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay or offer a replacement product. If the product is not available, we will refund your payment.

Canceling a subscription
The order can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer service via email info@korallifarmi.fi . After the shipment ID has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled, but the return terms and conditions apply.

Returns
Products have a 14-day return policy. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

Problem situations
If the product is defective or does not match your order, please notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving the delivery. In cases of damage during shipping, please file a complaint directly with the shipping company.

Payment methods
In the online store, payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with banks and credit institutions.
