The EcoTech Marine Vectra L2 is an adjustable DC return pump for circulating water from a sump to the main tank. The pump's power can be electronically matched to the system's needs, making it easy to fine-tune the flow according to the plumbing and filtration.

Return pump or closed-loop pump

The Vectra can be used submerged in water or installed externally in the plumbing. In return pump operation, it maintains a steady flow between the main tank and the sump. In a closed-loop system, variable flow modes such as Lagoon, Reef Crest, and Gyre are also available.

Control and feed mode

Use the Mobius app to adjust flow and operating modes. Calibration allows you to match the pump's minimum and maximum operation to your specific plumbing. In feed mode, the flow is reduced so that food is not carried into the overflow as quickly. Speed Lock locks the controller to prevent accidental power changes.

Installation and maintenance

QuickCouple connectors make it easy to remove the pump for cleaning. The rotatable pump volute provides flexibility for plumbing routing. Choose pipe or hose adapters based on your own installation and the included connector kit.

Technical specifications

Maximum flow refers to output without head pressure. Actual flow decreases as head pressure, plumbing bends, and other resistance increase. Inch sizes should not be interpreted directly as the outer diameter of metric PVC pipe.

Battery backup and delivery contents

Using the separately sold EcoTech Battery Backup with a Vectra requires the Vectra Battery Backup Booster accessory. The battery backup duration depends on factors such as pump settings and head pressure.

The package includes the pump, QuietDrive controller, controller bracket, power supply, and intake/output QuickCouple components.
