Maxspect Jump MJ-SK2200 is an in-sump protein skimmer for saltwater aquariums. The adjustable DC pump and dual-needle wheel design produce fine bubbles that carry organic waste into the skimmer cup.

Adjustable skimming

Use the front-facing dial to fine-tune the internal water level of the skimmer. The integrated silencer and bubble trap keep the setup tidy while reducing air intake noise and microbubbles returning to the sump.

In this second-generation model, the right-side water intake is adjustable. Quick-release fasteners and a removable silencer make cleaning easy.

Control for daily maintenance

When the collection cup sensor detects an overflow, the controller reduces the pump speed to level 1. After emptying, the controller restores the previous speed once the sensor detects the situation has been resolved. This function complements the regular emptying of the cup.
