Nano Reef is an approximately 56-liter saltwater aquarium package that includes a reef light, filter, circulation pump, heater, and an automatic top-off system. The package also includes salt, rock, sand, and a cleaning magnet.

The Waterbox aquarium is a used display model. The Seachem Tidal 55 filter and Compact ATO are used. Other products in the package are new.

Biological starter kit

As a bonus, you receive a biological starter kit collected from Korallifarmi's operational saltwater systems. It includes live rock, matured sand, bacterial colonies, and microorganisms to support the startup of the aquarium's biological processes.

Equipment and livestock selection

The Tidal 55 handles filtration and surface skimming. The Sicce Voyager Nano 1000 supplements water circulation. The Compact ATO replenishes evaporated water from a separate RO water reservoir.

You can choose corals, small invertebrates, and fish species suitable for a nano aquarium for the tank. Select animals based on their adult size, space requirements, and compatibility. Lighting and water circulation for the corals are adjusted according to the species' needs.

Water and maintenance

Prepare saltwater using sea salt and pure RO water. Check the salinity with a refractometer before using the water. Replace evaporated water with fresh RO water, not saltwater.

RO water is available for pickup at the Korallifarmi store. For making your own water, the ARKA myAqua380 reverse osmosis unit (€79.90) is available separately.

In addition, you will need a salinity meter, such as the D-D Refractometer (€54.90), as well as a thermometer and an RO water reservoir suitable for the top-off system.

Technical specifications

The actual water volume is less than the gross volume. It is affected by the water level and the space taken up by rock, sand, and equipment.
