TUNZE SmartController 7000.001

The TUNZE SmartController 7000.001 is an aquarium controller and measuring device for pH or redox/ORP measurement. The device operates as part of the TUNZE HUB system, enabling control of compatible TUNZE devices, monitoring of measured values, and setting up notifications.

The SmartController 7000.001 supports either pH or redox/ORP value measurement, depending on the selected probe. A temperature sensor for monitoring water temperature is included.

For CO₂ applications, the SmartController acts as the central hub for pH control. It can manage CO₂ supply based on the measured pH value, helping to maintain stable operation of a planted aquarium or calcium reactor.

The device uses a browser-based interface, so it works independently of the operating system without separate drivers or software. An internet connection is required for making settings and notifications, but not for the device's normal operation. The integrated real-time clock ensures that programs do not shift in the event of a power outage.
