Yellow Tang (Zebrasoma flavescens) - Captive-bred
The Yellow Tang is a bright yellow and active marine fish that constantly swims around the aquarium and grazes on algae from rocks. It is a popular choice for reef aquariums due to its color and beneficial behavior.
In nature, the species is found in the Pacific Ocean, especially around Hawaii. A large portion of individuals are now captive-bred.
