Tailspot Blenny (Ecsenius stigmatura)
The Ecsenius stigmatura is a small and personable blenny, known for the dark eyespot at the base of its tail and the bright colors around its eyes. It spends much of its time perched on rocks, observing its surroundings, and moves between rocks in short bursts.
The Tailspot Blenny grazes on algae and biofilm from rock surfaces. Due to its small size and peaceful nature, it is well-suited for smaller reef aquariums as well.
